В рамках восстановления экономических связей между Германией и Россией было подписано соглашение о инвестировании в строительство 3-х деревообрабатывающих заводов в Калужской, Калининградской обл и республике Татарстан.

Общая сумма планируемых инвестиций 600 млн евро.

С большой уверенностью можно сказать о возможном увеличении объема лесозаготовки в данных регионах для дальнейшей обработки и реализации.
