Прошло 2 недели с даты отправки чех

Прошло 2 недели с даты отправки чехла. Посылка не отслеживается. Прошу вас узнать что случилось с посылкой. Возможно проблемы на почте? Или может вы ошиблись с номером отслеживания? Заранее спасибо.
