8. Порядок разрешения споров
8.1. Все, без исключения, споры, разногласия и иные вопросы, которые возникают или могут возникнуть между Сторонами, заключившими настоящий Договор, или же их уполномоченными представителями, касающиеся истолкования Договора и всего связанного с его содержанием, Стороны намерены разрешать путем переговоров (с составлением Протокола переговоров, обмена письмами и др.).
8.2. Если Стороны не пришли к соглашению путем переговоров в порядке досудебного урегулирования, то все возникшие споры передаются на рассмотрение компетентного суда по месту нахождения ответчика.
