В настоящее время Мексидол зарегистрирован в Российской Федерации для применения в комплексной терапии при острых нарушениях мозгового кровообращения, дисциркуляторной энцефалопатии, синдроме вегетативной дистонии, легких когнитивных расстройств атеросклеротического генеза, тревожных расстройств при невротических и неврозоподобных состояниях, купирования абстинентного синдрома при алкоголизме с преобладанием неврозоподобных и вегетативно-сосудистых расстройств, острой интоксикации антипсихотическими средствами, острых гнойно-воспалительные процессах брюшной полости (острый некротический панкреатит, перитонит).
В ходе настоящего исследования предполагается оценить эффективность и безопасность отечественного препарата Мексидол, раствор для внутривенного и внутримышечного введения в предложенных дозировках в составе комплексной терапии у пациентов с открытоугольной глаукомой различных стадий.
