нарушение сроков и размеров оплаты в соответствии с п. 3.1 Контракта, исполнитель не обязан платить штраф согласно п. 8.1 Контракта и нести ответственность за последствия, связанные с нарушениями условий настоящего контракта.

violation of terms and sizes of pay in accordance with clause 3.1 of the contract, the contractor shall not be obligated to pay a fine in accordance with section 8.1 of the contract and be liable for the consequences arising from breaches of the terms and conditions of this contract.

violation of the terms and amounts of payment in accordance with para. 3.1 of the Contract, the Executive shall not be obliged to pay a fine in accordance with para. 8.1 of the Contract and bear the responsibility for the consequences of violations of the terms of this contract.
