В марте 2016 года Андрия Русан как раз искал людей, которые бы взяли ресторан в управление.
И тут пришли мы.
Решение мы приняли сердцем в первые пять минут, пока бродили по залу, трогали обивку стульев, открывали дверцы пароконвектомата и шокера на кухне ресторана. А потом три дня делали вид, что обдумываем решение и сомневаемся.
Конечно, Андрия не планировал работать с какими-то неизвестными сумасшедшими иностранцами в джинсах и толстовках, которые без предупреждения явились к нему и на выдуманном хорватском языке сходу заявили, что берут в аренду ресторан. И конечно, у нас не было всей суммы, которая была нужна для запуска ресторана. И, конечно, у нас не было шеф-повара, который бы дал этому ресторану необходимый уровень красивой и вкусной кухни.
Но у нас не было пути назад:)
