Обязательство сохранять в тайне Конфиденциальную Информацию в соответствии с условиями настоящей статьи 5 вступает в силу с момента подписания Договора обеими Сторонами и остается в силе в течение 3 (Трех) лет с момента окончании срока действия Договора или его расторжения по какой-либо причине.

Результаты (английский) 1:

The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of confidential information in accordance with the terms of this article 5 shall enter into force upon signature of the contract by both parties and shall remain in force for a period of 3 (Three) years from the date of the expiration or termination of this Contract for any reason.

Результаты (английский) 2:

The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of confidential information in accordance with the provisions of this Article 5 shall enter into force upon signature by both Parties and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of expiration of the contract or its termination, for any reason.

Результаты (английский) 3:

the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the confidential information in accordance with the provisions of this article shall enter into force upon the signing of the contract by both parties and shall remain in force for a period of 3 (three) yearsexpiration of the contract, or termination for any reason.
