На серии томограмм справа головка бедренной кости увеличена в размерах, деформирована за счет краевых разрастаний. Субхондрально участков патологической интенсивности не выявлено. Высота суставного хряща снижена. Суставная щель неравномерно сужена. В суставной щели и заворотах капсулы определяется небольшое количество выпота. Вертлужная впадина деформирована за счет краевых разрастаний. Субхондрально по наружному контуру впадины определяется кистозный участок, диаметром 1,7 см. Губа впадины утолщена. Капсула сустава утолщена, прикрепляется сразу под головкой бедренной кости. Шейка бедренной кости укорочена, утолщена‚ структура не изменена.
Слева головка бедренной обычных размеров и формы. Субхондрально участков патологической интенсивности не выявлено. Высота суставного хряща снижена. Суставная щель умеренно сужена. Количество суставной жидкости не изменено. Вертлужная впадина с краевыми приострениями. Субхондрально участков патологической интенсивности не выявлено. Губа впадины без особенностей. Капсула сустава прикрепляется сразу под головкой бедренной кости. Шейка бедренной кости не укорочена, структура ее не изменена.
Заключение: МРТ-признаки правостороннего коксартроза 3 стадии. Левосторонний коксартроз 1 стадии.
