Дело «Ардения против Регалии»

В постановлении по делу, касающемуся законности применения силы Ригалией против террористов на территории Ардении и правомерности запрета ношения мавази, Суд 15 голосами удовлетворил протест Ардении против Регалии в части применения вооружённых сил на своей территории.
Суд также 15 голосами против одного пришёл к выводу, что он не может удовлетворить просьбу Ардении о снятии запрета на ношение мавази.
