В случае выявления в Программе в целом или в каком-либо из Компонентов Программы каких-либо ошибок или дефектов (скрытые дефекты) в течение 3 (трех) месяцев с момента предоставления Исполнителем и подписания Акта, Исполнитель обязуется устранять такие ошибки или дефекты по соответствующему запросу Заказчика в согласованные Сторонами сроки своими силами без дополнительной оплаты.
