1.1 Понятие, функции снабжения и закупок на предприятии

Ни одно предприятие не может существовать обособленно, так как в какой-то степени зависит от других предприятий, которые снабжают его материалами, помещениями, светом, теплом, средствами связи, поэтому осуществление закупок и снабжения – одна из основных функций в любой организации.
Главную позицию в логистической системе занимает логистика снабжения, она представляет собой целый комплекс взаимозависимых операций по управлению материальными потоками в процессе обеспечения компании материальными ресурсами и услугами. Её основной целью является управление материальными потоками и услугами в процессе обеспечения организации материальными ресурсами и услугами.
Схематически представить процесс управления закупками на предприятии можно таким образом, как показано на рисунке 1.
