И у современных и у старинных домов

И у современных и у старинных домов есть как свои преимущества так и недостатки. Насколько я знаю старинные дома хорошо смотрятся,в них есть шарм и богатая история .Старинные дома построены из хороших материалов и они прошли проверку временем.Но по моему мнению в старинных домах есть много недостатков, таких как:низкие потолки ,плохая электропроводка и водоснабжение, нет современных удобств. В домах подобного типа не много изоляции.
Но теперь когда речь идет о современных домах, охлаждение и обогревание дома происходит намного проще благодаря обилию изоляционного материала. В современных домах есть хорошая электропроводка и водоснабжение. Я считаю, что в современных домах больше удобств и они удобнее для проживания,однако новые дома строятся не на века, их возводят так быстро ,что при долгой эксплуатации потребуется много ремонтов.
