Обязательный перечень документов в посольство не включает медицинскую справку. Aupair делает это по требованию семьи. Так что это не обязательно.

На сайте немецкого посольства указано, что принимающая семья обязана обеспечить Aupair медицинским полисом на время пребывания в Германии, это один из основных обязательных пунктов.
Насколько я знаю, медицинская страховка стоит меньше, примерно 40 евро в месяц.

Конечно, я понимаю что вы тратите большую сумму денег на языковые курсы, проездной, билеты в два конца, карманные деньги для Aupair и прочее. В итоге, это получается большая сумма. Я думаю, это будет нормально, если вы оплатите страховку из карманных денег, что полагаются Aupair.
Я должна иметь медицинскую страховку при себе во время пересечения границы.

Я бы очень просила вас помочь мне с оформлением страховки, я в этом плохо разбираюсь. Мне было бы сложно это сделать (на чужом языке, из другой страны).
