Несколько дней назад всем работникам были направлены материалы о ЧС и правила действий при

их возникновении. Надеюсь все ознакомились с этим материалом и если есть вопросы пожалуйста

можете задавать.

В этом материале были рассмотрены в основном ЧС возникающие в РТ.

Каждая ЧС, несмотря на самый точный прогноз несет в себе элемент непредсказуемости и для

правильного принятия решений в экстренней ситуации необходимо знать правила и порядок

действий при ЧС.

Сегодня мы рассмотрим правила и порядок действий при землетрясениях в офисном здании

TTGPB.

Для более полного и успешного освоения материала тренинга нам необходимо некоторые знания о

конструктивных особенностях здания, в котором мы с вами ежедневно находимся.

По особенностям пространственного расположения несущих (усиленных) элементов здания

различают бескаркасные и каркасные конструктивные схемы здания.

Здание, в котором мы с вами ежедневно выполняем свои обязанности построено по каркасной

конструктивной схеме. (пок. картину)

В зданиях каркасной системы построения, несущим остовом служит система из опирающихся на

фундамент стоек (колонн) и горизонтальных связей (ригелей), каркас здания полностью

воспринимает вертикальные и горизонтальные нагрузки. (пок. картину)

Стены между помещениями служат как ограждающие конструкции, поэтому их делают легкими,

одинаковыми из более дешевого материала.

Существуют здания с полным и неполным несущим каркасом (пок картину)

Рис. 1 - это конструкция здания с неполным каркасом – здесь ригеля располагаются горизонтально

(рис1а) или вертикально (рис 1в).

Рис. 2 - это конструкция здания с полным каркасом где ригеля предусмотрены по горизонтали и

по вертикали.

Расстояния между ригелями устанавливают 3м или 6 м, затем устанавливаются плиты перекрытия.

Наше здание построено по конструктивной схеме с полным каркасом. Затем построены

ограждающий стены из более легкого материала.

Выступающие части угловых кабинетов (708, 707, 700, 701 и др.) называются консоли.

Расположение ригелей и колон с внутренней стороны помещений нам не видно т.к. они закрыты

отделочными материалами. Для определения месторасположения несущих элементов конструкции

из кабинета мы можем измерить расстояние 6м от оконного проема по направлению выходной

двери (по данной схеме, по вертикали), это будет зона расположения ригеля, затем мы измеряем

еще 6 м и определяем зону прохождения второго ригеля и еще раз измерив 6м мы окажемся у

оконного проема т.е. зону прохождения третьего ригеля. Теперь нам надо определить зону

прохождения ригелей по горизонтали по схеме т.е. от лифта к другому лифту также от оконного

проема, расположенного возле лифта измеряем 6м это зона первого ригеля затем 3м зона

расположения второго ригеля и три пролета по 6м это зоны расположения 3-го, 4-го, 5-го ригелей,

затем 3м зона расположения 6-го ригеля и еще 6м до оконного проема это зона расположения 7-го

ригеля.

Расположение ригелей на 6, 7 и 8 этажах одинаково и более легко ориентироваться, здесь

расположение первых ригелей по горизонтали находятся на уровне проемов первых выходных

дверей из кабинетов, а по вертикали также 6м,3м, затем три пролета по 6м, еще 3м и 6м до

оконного проема.

Проемы первых выходных дверей из кабинетов на 6, 7 и 8 этажах являются более безопасным

В случае нахождения в транспорте нельзя покидать его на ходу, нужно дождаться полной

остановки транспорта и выходить из него спокойно.

Землетрясение может длиться от нескольких мгновений до нескольких суток (периодически

повторяющимися подземными толчками). Примерная периодичность толчков и время их

возникновения, возможно, будут сообщаться по радио и другими доступными способами.
