Причиной самоубийства владельца сети магазинов Swatch и Eiffel Геворка Мкртчяна могли быть крупные долги. Подобная версия муссируется армянскими СМИ.

Напомним, что 40-летний Геворк Мкртчян застрелился близ своего дома утром 16 августа. Рядом с трупом было обнаружено огнестрельное оружие, а также предсмертная записка, в которой Мкртчян просил никого не винить в своей смерти. В тот же день было возбуждено уголовное дело по части 1 статьи 110 УК РА (доведение до самоубийства).
