3. Дополнительное соглашение №1 от 11.06.2014г. считать неотъемлемой частью Контракта OWB2014215 от 15.02.2014г., и вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
4. Данное соглашение составлено и подписано в 2-х экземплярах, на русском, английском и китайском языках по одному для каждой стороны. Каждый экземпляр имеет одинаковую юридическую силу.
5. Настоящее дополнительное соглашение, переданное по факсимильной связи или электронной почте, имеет полную юридическую силу до обмена оригиналами.
