После подписания Letter of Understanding 10-го сентября 2014 г. NCOC выпускает Call-off на предоставление Zinc/Chloride Bromide. Дата выпуска Call-off – 11.09.14.
Ссылаясь на ежемесячный график работ на скважинах от 30.08.14 (в приложении), запланированная дата начала операций (Completion) с использованием Zinc/Chloride Bromide является 18.11.14.
Доставка товара по стандартной схеме (DDP – Bautino Base) занимает 120 дней с момента заказа (см. Amendment). Дополнительно берется на учет транспортировка товара с базы Баутино до Оффшора (EPC-3), которая занимает в среднем 1 неделю, подготовка химикатов путем смешивания жидкостей в нужных пропорциях – 1 неделя, процесс загрузки раствора в скважины – 1 неделя. К тому же берется в запас еще 2 недели в случае плохих погодных условий, форс-мажорных ситуаций и т.п.
В итоге компания будет вынуждена ожидать 155 дней, которые необходимы для доставки и подготовки Zinc/Chloride Bromide к использованию на скважинах.
Если отсчитывать 155 дней с 11.09.14 (день подачи заявки на товар), то Zinc/Chloride Bromide был бы готов только к 13.02.15. А это повлекло бы за собой 32 дня простоя (rate for 1 Stand-by day – 175,000$), что в сумме составляет 5,760,000 $.
