Я получил рюкзак не такой, какой был в моем заказе. В заказе был рюкзак с рисунком со смайлами и названиями дней недели, а прислали рюкзак с надписью "acuna matata". Ребенок очень расстроился, что получил не такой рюкзак, какой хотел. Прошу прислать мне правильный рюкзак.
