Mackerel with cheese
1 kg of frozen mackerel
100 g of hard cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup of sunflower oil
and salt to taste
Divide the mackerel fillets with the skin without bones, salt, chopped 2 small pieces per serving. Between them, put a slice of cheese and combine with skewer. The fish is breaded in flour and ozhbarit on both sides in a frying pan in hot oil. Then, remove the skewers.
