Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена проблеме анализа фундаментальных показателей, влияющих на динамику цен акций на фондовом рынке и определяющих их справедливую стоимость. В рамках поставленной проблемы были систематизированы теоретические представления, рассмотрены направления фундаментального анализа акций на трёх уровнях: макро-, отраслевом и микроуровне, изложены методы проведения анализа на всех этапах. Выявлены основные группы макроиндикаторов, оказывающих влияние на фондовый рынок и проанализировано текущее состояние экономики Российской Федерации. Изучена отрасль цветной металлургии и её перспективы развития, а также исследованы показатели компании данной отрасли - ПАО «ГМК «Норильский никель» - с целью нахождения справедливой стоимости их акций.

This final qualifying work is devoted to the problem of analysis of fundamentals that affect price movements of shares on the stock market and their fair value. Within its problems were systematized theoretical views, directions are considered fundamental analysis of shares on three levels: macro, sectoral and micro levels, sets out methods of analysis at all stages. Identified major groups makroindikatorov, affecting the stock market and analysed the current state of the economy of the Russian Federation. Non-ferrous metallurgy industry is studied and its development prospects, and also investigated the performance of the company in the industry-JSC MMC Norilsk Nickel-with the aim of finding the fair value of their shares.

This graduation qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the fundamental factors affecting the dynamics of the share prices in the stock market and determine their fair value. As part of the problem theoretical ideas were systematized, we discussed the direction of the fundamental stock analysis at three levels: macro, sectoral and micro levels, set out methods of analysis at all stages. The basic groups of macro-indicators that affect the stock market and analyzed the current state of the Russian economy. Studied ferrous metallurgy industry and its development prospects, as well as indicators of the industry investigated - PJSC "MMC" Norilsk Nickel "- in order to find the fair value of their shares.
