Статья 11. Система и структура органов Агентства

1. Органами Агентства руководит Директор Агентства.
2. Органы Агентства имеют единую централизованную систему, состоящую из Центрального аппарата, местных органов управления Агентства областях, г. Душанбе, региональных отделов.
3. Структура Центрального аппарата, местных органов состоит из подразделений государственного финансового контроля, оперативно – розыскного, следственного и других единиц.
4. Образование, реорганизация и ликвидация органов Агентства и подчиненных ему структур, а также укрепление организационно – штатных единиц органов Агентства, утверждение Положения об Агентстве, структуры Центрального аппарата и схемы управления Агентства производится Президентом Республики Таджикистан. Структура подразделений Центрального аппарата, местных органов Агентства утверждается Директором Агентства.
5. Агентство, местные органы являются юридическими лицами и имеют право оперативного управления закрепленными за ними собственностью и объектами социально – бытового и хозяйственного назначения.
