9.1. Настоящий Договор вступает в с

9.1. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу с момента его подписания и действует до «31» декабря 2015 г.
9.2. В случае если ни одна из сторон за 30 (тридцать) календарных дней до окончания срока действия настоящего Договора не заявит о своем намерении расторгнуть Договор, последний считается продленным на следующий календарный год. Количество пролонгаций не ограничено.
9.3. Независимо от истечения срока действия настоящего Договора или его аннулирования Стороны обязаны выполнить свои обязательства, принятые в период действия настоящего Договора.
