Некоторые считают , что это вполне нормально . с этой точкой зрения выступают люди у которых категорически нет времени , и которые решают большинство вопросов по телефону . Так же есть противники этого , они аргументируют это тем ,что водитель во время разговора теряет концентрацию и перестаёт следить за тем что происходит на дороге. Моё мнение что пользоваться мобильным телефоном нельзя , так как это опасно . и это следует преследовать по закону
