Каждый человек имеет различное представление о ловушке. Для меня ловушка является более психологическим, нежели физическим фактором. Я хочу начать с того, что в детстве я очень сильно боялась толпы людей и общения с человеком в целом. Я не знаю почему я не могла по-человечески общаться с людьми , но знаю только то что страх остался, раньше не мгла с человеком нормально поговорить, только с близкими мне людьми. Когда кто-то мне спрашивал о чем-то я попадала в ступор, я не знала куда деться. Поэтому я до сих пор не люблю свадьбы, всякие организации, метро-самое слабое место. Иногда когда я оказываюсь в метро, у меня очень часто появляется чувство паники...сердце начинает учащенно биться, затем мне хочется убежать оттуда, и самое главное, я избегаю зрительный контакт с кем-либо.Однако я считаю, что через несколько лет эта фобия может навредить моей будущей карьере, поэтому я должна придумать более легкие способы забыть об этой психологической ловушке.
