Покупатель и Продавец приняли решение расторгнуть контракт. Решение является обоюдным и согласованным. Контракт прекращает свое действие марта 2014 года.

Продавец вернет предоплату в размере 5000 долларов Покупателю в течение 2 недель начиная с даты расторжения контракта.

Комиссия банка в размере 25 долларов США за возврат предоплаты Покупателю будет взята с Покупателя.
