Перед заказом данных наушников я провел переписку с продавцом. При переписке продавец сообщил мне что наушники оригинальные. Я спросил 2 раза так как для меня это было важно. Копию я мог купить у другого продавца значительно дешевле. В переписке я также спросил серийный номер. Указал что он не должен быть IN1350091G01522. Так как этот номер используется на всех копиях. Продавец меня заверил что у него оригинал с отдельным серийным номером. Прилагаю снимок экрана с перепиской.
Получив посылку я обнаружил что мне приехала копия, так как на обоих коробках был серийный номер IN1350091G01522. Это совершенно не тот товар который я заказывал. Я потерял один месяц времени и деньги в ожидании наушников. Я заказывал наушники на подарок, о чем я писал продавцу. Теперь мне срочно нужно покупать другой подарок. А денег у меня нет, так как я оплатил эти наушники в надежде получить то что мне нужно. Возвращать наушники и ждать еще месяц я не могу. Подарок мне нужен сейчас.
Этот продавец мошенник. Он обманул меня и я совершил у него покупку. Но эта копия стоит значительно дешевле. Я согласен пойти на компромис. Я готов оплатить эти наушники по их реальной стоимости. А вторую часть денег прошу вернуть мне обратно.
