Программа создается и дорабатывается силами и средствами Исполнителя, а именно, Исполнитель самостоятельно обеспечивает условия, необходимые для создания и доработки Программы, в том числе выполняет работы по настоящему Договору с использованием оборудования, материалов и технических средств, а также производственных площадей и прочих средств и орудий труда Исполнителя.
