1. Настоящий договор вступает в сил

1. Настоящий договор вступает в силу с момента подписания и действует по 31 декабря 2004 года включительно.
2. В случае, если ни одна из сторон за один месяц до завершения настоящего договора не уведомит другую сторону о прекращении его действия, договор считается продленным на один год.
3. Все изменения и дополнения к настоящему договору действительны лишь в том случае, если совершены в письменной форме и подписаны обеими сторонами.
4. Настоящий договор составлен и подписан в двух экземплярах на русском и английском языках, по одному для каждой стороны, причем все экземпляры имеют равную юридическую силу.
5. О начале и прекращении действия форс-мажорных обстоятельств стороны обязаны немедленно уведомить друг друга.
6. В случае невыполнения или ненадлежащего выполнения какой-либо из сторон своих обязательств, эта сторона несет ответственность, предусмотренную действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.

Результаты (английский) 1:

1. This Treaty shall enter into force from the moment of signing and is valid till December 31, 2004 inclusive.2. If none of the parties one month to complete this agreement will notify the other party of the termination, the contract shall be considered prolonged for one year.3. All changes and additions to the present contract are valid only if made in writing and signed by both parties.4. This agreement is made and signed in duplicate in the Russian and English languages, one for each party, all instances have the same legal effect.5. About the beginning and termination of the force majeure, the Parties shall immediately notify each other.6. In case of failure or improper performance of any of the parties of their obligations, this party shall bear responsibility stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Результаты (английский) 2:

1. This Agreement shall come into force upon signature and is valid through December 31, 2004 inclusive.
2. In the event that none of the parties one month before the completion of this contract does not notify the other party of its termination, the contract is deemed to be extended for one year.
3. All changes and additions to this contract are only valid if made in writing and signed by both parties.
4. This Agreement is made and signed in two copies in Russian and English languages, one copy for each party, all copies have equal legal force.
5. The beginning and termination of the force majeure, the parties shall immediately notify each other.
6. In case of default or improper performance of any of the parties of their obligations, that party bears the responsibility stipulated by current Russian Federation legislation.
