В структуре межпозвонковых дисков определяются дегенеративно-дистрофические изменения с
наличием центральной грыжи диска VL3-VL4 глубиной 0.4 см, с компримированием дурального
мешка и корешков с обеих сторон. Центральной с латерализацией вправо грыжи диска VL4-VL5
глубиной 0.6 см, с компримированием дурального мешка и корешков справа. Центральной грыжи
диска VL5-VS1 глубиной 0.6 см, с компримированием дурального мешка и корешков справа.

Заключение: МРТ-признаки остеохондроза пояснично-крестцового отцепа позвоночника. Грыжи
