Хотела бы узнать, почему не обновляется информация об отслеживании товара? Может трек номер не отслеживается на территории России? Или все же посылка еще не пересекла границу? Могла ли она потеряться?
Заранее спасибо.
P. S. Вторая моя посылка с этой службы доставки отслеживается и уже покинула Москву.
