Салат из картофеля и перца
Ингредиенты:
перец сладкий консервированный - 500 г
картофель - 6 клубней
яйцо - 1 шт.
лук зеленый - 100 г
зелень петрушки
зелень укропа
чеснок - 2 зубчика

Рецепт:
- Вареный картофель и консервированный перец нарезают ломтиками и смешивают с рубленым зеленым луком.

- Укладывают смесь в салатник и посыпают мелко нарезанным чесноком.

- Поливают салат заливкой от консервированного перца, оформляют вареным яйцом и зеленью.
