I. ОБЛАСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
1.1. Настоящий федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт среднего профессионального образования представляет собой совокупность обязательных требований к среднему профессиональному образованию по специальности 09.02.03 Программирование в компьютерных системах для профессиональной образовательной организации и образовательной организации высшего образования, которые имеют право на реализацию имеющих государственную аккредитацию программ подготовки специалистов среднего звена по данной специальности, на территории Российской Федерации (далее -образовательная организация). 1.2. Право на реализацию программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена по специальности 09.02.03 Программирование в компьютерных системах имеет образовательная организация при наличии соответствующей лицензии на осуществление образовательной деятельности. Возможна сетевая форма реализации программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена с использованием ресурсов нескольких образовательных организаций. В реализации программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена с использованием сетевой формы наряду с образовательными организациями также могут участвовать медицинские организации, организации культуры, физкультурно-спортивные и иные организации, обладающие ресурсами, необходимыми для осуществления обучения, проведения учебной и производственной практики и осуществления иных видов учебной деятельности, предусмотренных программой ФГОС СПО-О6

Possible network form the implementation of training programmes for mid-level professionals, using the resources of several educational institutions. In the implementation of training programmes for mid-level professionals network forms along with educational organizations may also participate medical organizations, culture, sports and other organizations with the resources necessary for the implementation of training, a training and production practices and the implementation of other training activities of the programme of the GEF-O6
