8. Международный Суд состоит из пятнадцати судей, которые избираются Советом Безопасности и Генеральной Ассамблеей ООН.
9. Генеральная Ассамблея ООН дает рекомендации странам, членам ООН и другим организациям ООН, с целью укрепления международного сотрудничества в политических, экономических, социальных и других областях.
10 Генеральный Секретарь ООН назначаемый Генеральной Ассамблеей по рекомендации Совета Безопасности возглавляет Секретариат ООН.
