This software is unworkable and has too many problems, the issues make the software unusable.

Some of the problems with the software are just pathetic, and declared incompetency if produced from a reputable software company.

Therefore, after us investing all of our time to work on something that needs to have been delivered in a state of usability, it does not and therefore it is unfit for its purpose.

Therefore, we are refusing to accept the last release from you and confirm we will not be using it and we will be sending it back to you.

Along with the visa's that you applied for and out offer to allow you to fix the software for this and previous releases with the same problems, we will be sending you an invoice for the work we have done that you failed to deliver.

We estimate that on our side we have had to spend over 400 development hours to fix bad workmanship from your side.we will be charging you at the same rate you charge us for equal skills, even though we are in western pay scales which are many times over.

You can conclude that Ontro will not be making any further payments to you, and our business dealings will now cease.

Ontro reserves the right to claim back loss of business expenses and bad workmanship and for good not fit for purpose
