Статья 35. Полномочия Агентства по международному сотрудничеству

Агентство при международном сотрудничестве пользуется правами и полномочиями, предусмотренными законодательством Республики Таджикистан и актами международного права, признанными Таджикистаном в решении следующих вопросов:
- в разработке проектов программ по борьбе с организованными преступлениями коррупционного характера на территориях сотрудничающих стран и участвует в их реализации;
- организовывает или оказывает содействие в проведении совместных и согласованных оперативно - розыскных и следственных действий по предупреждению и расследованию преступлений на территории сотрудничающих стран;
- оказывает непосредственную информационную, организационную, правовую и иную поддержку, предусмотренную законодательством или международными соглашениями с правоохранительными органами сотрудничающих стран по предупреждению и выявлению преступлений, розыску преступников;
- оказывает помощь и пользуется помощью в подготовке кадров органов, ведущих борьбу с коррупцией, проведении научных исследований в области борьбы с преступностью, защите прав и свобод человека и гражданина;
- участвует в деятельности международных организаций, ведущих борьбу с коррупцией;
- разрабатывает предложения по проектам международных соглашений, а также внесению изменений и дополнений в действующие соглашения;
- реализовывает другие полномочия, предусмотренные законодательством Республики Таджикистан и другими международными актами, признанными Таджикистаном.

Article 35. Powers of the Agency on international cooperationWith international cooperation, the Agency shall have the same rights and powers provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and acts of international law recognized by Tajikistan in addressing the following issues:- in the drafting of programmes to combat organized crime in the territories of the corrupt nature of cooperating countries and participates in their implementation;- organizes or assists in the conduct of joint and coordinated operational search and investigative measures to prevent and investigate crimes on the territory of the cooperating countries;- provides direct information, organizational, legal and other support provided by legislation or international agreements with law enforcement agencies cooperating countries to prevent and detect offences, tracing of criminals;- assists and assisted by the training bodies in the fight against corruption, the conduct of scientific research in the field of combating crime, protecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen;- participates in the activities of international organizations in the fight against corruption;- develops project proposals for international agreements, as well as amendments and additions to the existing agreements;- implements other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the other international instruments recognized by Tajikistan.
