Я считаю, что мистер Фостер получил по заслугам. Насколько я поняла он всю жизнь издевался над своей женой и настал час расплаты. Своими поступками он увеличивал ее страдания, даже если он делал это не специально. Он поступал так зная, что она не будет перечить ему, потому что она любила его и была слишком доброй, ведь он ее так воспитал. Она даже мысли не допускала о том, что он делал все специально. Мне кажется, что делал это потому что ему нравилось смотреть как она нервничает. Но даже у доброты есть свой предел и на ее месте я бы тоже не стала бы его дожидаться.

He did so knowing that it will not contradict him because she loved him and was too good, because it brought her so. She did not allow even the thought that he did everything on purpose.
