„Live, Laugh and Love.This is difficult as I'm always the one at the back who doesn't like the spotlight on me, but here goes. The human race fascinates me and I love learning about what makes people tick. I have a close knit family, lots of excellent friends . I love my job, walking in places it's impossible to get to any other way, traveling to new places and revisiting old, teatime, the British seaside, long summer days, cooking for friends, playing the piano. I'm drawn to the past in a search for the elegant and interesting (although make absolutely no claim to either of those qualities myself!). Old buildings, bookshops, the V&A and the Metropolitan in NY and the theater/cinema are places where I love spending time. I'm compassionate, funny and intelligent, kind, gentle amusing people, steering away from those who enjoy making others' lives miserable. I'm not keen on flying and for some perverse reason a little bit of schadenfreude in as I'm always very happy to see others on board who are far more terrified than me. All things considered I guess a chauvinistic miserable pilot is probably not what I'm looking for. I own up to using words like "bril" and 'fabulous' probably too often, there's not a single country I don't want to visit, I make a mean green curry and yep, I love Christmas. As much as I enjoy my life there is, to me, a very special piece of it missing. Well that seems to have explained the basics in a pithy yet passionate manner.

I would love to meet a kind , intelligent and honest woman to share life's experiences with preferably one with a good sense of humor .
