При внедрении клиентоориентированной системы «Мобильный офис» данные о доходах строятся на основании того, что, как упоминалось ранее, КИП в компании достаточно высок, после внедрения системы «мобильного офиса», данный показатель будет носить постоянный характер, сглаживаются колебания и тем самым приносит прибыль компании.
Система «Мобильный офис» позволяет:
1. Удерживать показатель КИП на высоком уровне.
Данная система отправляет данные менеджеру и клиенту о том, что машина разгружена. Тем самым, позволяя менеджеру по перевозкам корректировать маршрут движения для увеличения КИП, а клиент, зная о свободной машине, может предложить новый груз. Данные действия позволяют сократить количество порожных пробегов.
2. Увеличить производительность авто.
Система упрощает процесс оформления декларации (при обязательном электронном предварительном информировании), тем самым позволяет сократить время простоя на погрузочно-разгрузочных работах, на прохождение границы;
3. Привлечь новых клиентов и удержать старых.
Клиент доволен, за счет оперативности информирования системы о свободном транспорте, что позволяет ему планировать свою деятельности и быть конкурентоспособным.
Эффект от внедрения системы рассмотрим на примере конкретной перевозки. В качестве варианта рассматривается возможность организации перевозки сухих строительных смесей от места их производства г. Хамм (Германия) до места проведения строительных работ организацией - заказчиком в г. Москва (РФ).
Для осуществления данных перевозок в распоряжении предприятия имеются автомобили Scania R142H в сцепке с полуприцепами Schmitz SCS24L.
Для перевозки примем исходные данные:
 пункт отправления - г. Хамм (Германия);
 пункт назначения - г. Москва (РФ);
 масса перевозимого груза - 20 т;
 наименование груза - сухие строительные смеси.
Линейная норма расхода топлива для автомобиля Scania R142H равна 24,0 л/100 км.
В данной перевозке автомобилю предстоит двигаться по территории следующих государств: Германия, Республика Польша, Республика Беларусь, РФ. Автомобиль Scania R142H совершит пробег 2356,3 км. и выполнит транспортную работу 47126 тонно-километров (далее ткм).
Согласно п. 12 Инструкции «Повышение (снижение) нормы расхода топлива», дополнительный расход дизельного топлива при эксплуатации автомобиля, выполняющего транспортную работу, учитываемую в тонно-километрах, на каждые 100 ткм составляет 1,3 л.
Благодаря внедрению системы «Мобильный офис» показатель КИП с 0,882 увеличится до 0,9. Т.е. КИП увеличится на 1,8 %. При увеличении коэффициента использования пробега на 1% (загрузка автомобиля не только в прямом, но и в обратном направлении) вызывает снижение удельного расхода топлива на единицу транспортной работы на 1,3 % [15].
