Я получи телефон, у меня нет претен

Я получи телефон, у меня нет претензий к его работоспособности. Но задняя крышка оказалась треснутая. Это хорошо видно на фото. Мне придется покупать новую крышку так как отремонтировать старую не возможно. Я не нашел крышку дешевле 8 долларов. Прошу возместить часть стоимости ремонта.
