Я вас хорошо понимаю. Вы не можете проверить весь товар который продаете. Но и я не намерен платить за нерабочий фонарик. Он практически не светит, еще и отдает зеленым оттенком. Зачем мне такой фонарик? Я платил за полностью работоспособный товар. Прошу вернуть мне 0,99 usd. Зачем мне возврат 20%? Я повел себя абсолютно честно. Сделал фото где четко видно что товар бракованный. Первый фонарик меня полностью устраивает. Я за него готов платить без проблем. А за второй прошу вернуть деньги.
