Па́мятник зато́пленным корабля́м — монумент в Севастополе, эмблема города. Установлен на искусственном островке, сложенном из грубо обработанных гранитных глыб, в 10 метрах от берега на Приморском бульваре.
Памятник представляет собой колонну с коринфской капителью, увенчанную бронзовым орлом с раскрытыми крыльями, который держит в клюве лавровый венок. Авторы памятника — эстонский скульптор А. Г. Адамсон и архитектор В. А. Фельдман. Общая высота памятника — 16,66 м. Напротив памятника, на стене набережной, укреплены якоря с затопленных кораблей.
Памятник был установлен в 1905 году к пятидесятилетию первой обороны Севастополя, когда были затоплены русские парусные корабли, «чтобы заградить вход неприятельским судам на рейд и тем самым спасти Севастополь» (П.
