так как наши юристы не согласны с некоторыми Вашими правками в договоре и Вы также не принимаете наш вариант, предлагаю согласовать следующий документ - протокол разногласий. Он позволяет действовать в рамках договора в Вашей редакции, а мы при подписании такого протокола разногласий готовы согласиться с Вашей редакцией договора. Прошу Вас рассмотреть возможность подписания такого документа, уверен Ваши юристы знают о чем идет речь.
