4.1.1. Месячная стоимость рекламной

4.1.1. Месячная стоимость рекламной кампании зависит от количества утвержденных в Приложении к Договору рабочих поверхностей специальных конструкций, срока рекламной кампании, сюжета рекламы и устанавливается сторонами Договора в Приложении к Договору до начала рекламной кампании или ротации рекламы. При этом месячная стоимость рекламной кампании подлежит изменению на дату выставления Исполнителем счет фактуры, в случае изменения законами Украины ставок НДС , а также в случаях, предусмотренных особыми условиями данного Договора.
Изменения, касающиеся цены рекламной кампании, оформляются сторонами дополнением к Приложению.
