В комплекте не оказалось салфетки д

В комплекте не оказалось салфетки для протирки очков. Кроме этого очки с дефектом. Правая дужка очень сильно согнута, в то время как левая имеет обычный изгиб. Из-за этого очки не только некрасиво смотрятся но и неудобно сидят на голове. Пробовал это исправить, не получилось. Теперь мне придется продавать их с большой скидкой. Прошу вернуть мне часть денег, а именно 7 долларов за погнутую дужку и 3 доллара за отсутствие салфетки. Надеюсь на ваше понимание.
