На основании поступившей информации была осуществлена предварительная верхнеуровневая проверка информации с целью подтверждения обозначенных обстоятельств, без непосредственного вовлечения сотрудника Дубинина М.Ю. к ходу расследования.
Подтвержден факт нарушения сотрудником раздела о конфликте интересов, а именно сокрытие информации о том, что сотрудник вовлечен в процесс ведения деловой активности за пределами Анадолу Эфес.
08 октября 2015 года Дубинин М.Ю. зарегистрировал фирму ООО «ФЛАГМАН-ФИНАНС» по адресу прописки. Для подтверждения данного обстоятельства были сопоставлены данные SAP HR модуля и данные сайта по проверке контрагентов. Компания была заведена в модуле SAP в роли делового партнера 50938988 30 ноября 2015. Продажи и инвестиции в точку на момент осуществления проверки 10 декабря 2015 года отсутствуют.
06 августа 2015 сотрудник Дубинин М.Ю подписал декларацию к Кодексу Делового поведения и Этики, в которой зафиксировал отсутствие конфликта интересов со своей стороны. Дальнейших документальных подтверждений об изменении данных обстоятельств отделом кадров получено не было, что косвенно свидетельствует о подтверждении факта нарушения.
