В спорт в моей жизни занимает одно из главных мест.
Так как я в био-химическом классе я знаю насколько важны доя здоровья занятия физкультурой. Я занимаюсь физкультурой часто, иногда не замечая этого.Я радуюсь когда у меня появляется дополнительное время для занятий.
Мне хочется чтобы каждый почаще выполнян простые упражнения ведь это улучшает жизнь,но и поднимает настроение.
