Патрик Ренар: Филиал парижской Сорбонны откроется в АлматыНа днях пост генерального консула Франции в Алматы занял Патрик Ренар. Для полного ознакомления с новым местом работы мсье Ренару потребуется определенный период времени, но уже сегодня он готов представить на суд алматинской общественности ряд интересных идей и проектов, которые будут способствовать дальнейшему развитию благоприятных и дружественных взаимоотношений между Францией и Казахстаном. Сегодня в эксклюзивном интервью для «ЛИТЕР-Недели» генеральный консул Франции в Алматы рассказал о ближайших и перспективных событиях в сфере культуры и образования, которые будут представлены в рамках перекрестных сезонов Франция - Казахстан, а также признался в искренней симпатии к южной столице - городу, где ему предстоит работать на протяжении четырех ближайших лет.
Я был восхищен зеленым цветом казахстанского мегаполиса, - воодушевленно отметил Патрик Ренар. - Алматы - это чудесный город-сад. Радует прекрасная погода и растительность в сентябре. Этот месяц во многих европейских городах уже ассоциируется с полноценной осенью.
ЛИТЕР-Неделя: Мсье Ренар, перед тем как приехать в Алматы, вы работали в качестве советника директора департамента Континентальной Европы при Министерстве иностранных дел Франции…
П.Р.: Совершенно верно. За моими плечами довольно много работы в различных сферах деятельности. Я закончил парижскую Сорбонну по специальности «ан-глийский язык», имею докторскую степень в области гуманитарных наук. Довольно длительный период времени я был доцентом кафедры гуманитарных наук в университете Лиона, а также занимал должность директора учебного отдела в Институте французского языка и культуры. С 2000 по 2004 год трудился в России, работая директором Французского альянса Екатеринбурга и атташе по сотрудничеству в Уральском регионе. Затем переехал в Варшаву, где в течение шести лет пребывал на посту атташе по сотрудничеству в области образования, а также был официальным представителем Французского альянса в Польше. Когда встал вопрос о моем дальнейшем месте работы в качестве дипломата, то я недолго думая выбрал именно Центральную Азию, а именно Алматы. Я изучил рейтинг городов СНГ, в котором первое место занимает Москва, второе - Санкт-Петербург, а третье - Алматы, на одну ступень опережая Киев. Эта информация меня очень заинтересовала.
ЛИТЕР-Неделя: Вы очень хорошо владеете русским языком. Выучили за годы пребывания в России?
П.Р.: Безусловно, работа в России в большей степени оказала влияние на улучшение моего языкового уровня. Я не учил этот удивительный и один из сложнейших языков в школе, в большей степени изучал самостоятельно. Ключевым фактором в освоении мною русского языка стала моя жена. Она - русская, но сейчас является гражданкой Франции и хорошо говорит по-французски. Мы учимся друг у друга (улыбается).
ЛИТЕР-Неделя: Текущий год - Год Франции в Казахстане. Какие образовательные проекты будут реализованы Генеральным консульством Франции в Алматы?
П.Р.: Довольно обширная программа будет нами представлена с октября. В ближайшее же время, а точнее 17 сентября, большая делегация из Франции, в которую войдут ректоры парижских вузов, приедет в Алматы для подписания договора между Казахским национальным педагогическим университетом имени Абая и парижской Сорбонной об открытии филиала Сорбонны в южной столице Казахстана в следующем году. Университет будет работать по четырем направлениям-архитектура, дизайн, политические и технические науки. Подробнее об этом расскажут в самое ближайшее время представители вуза. Обучение в алматинском филиале Сорбонны будет осуществляться на французском языке. В связи с этим студенты будут сдавать обязательные вступительные экзамены на знание французского языка. В будущем местные студенты смогут стажироваться во Франции.
Также я хотел проинформировать алматинцев о том, что с 20 по 22 сентября в городе пройдет четвертый франко-казахстанский форум высшего образования, на котором двадцать университетов Франции презентуют свои образовательные программы. В период своей деятельности в Алматы я буду работать над тем, чтобы в Алматы появилась французская школа для детей.
ЛИТЕР-Неделя: Генеральное консульство Франции в Алматы во главе с вашим предшественником, господином Гийомом Наржоле, за прошедшие четыре года представило огромное количество интересных широкомасштабных культурных проектов, которые еще больше сблизили граждан наших дружественных стран и позволили узнать много нового о Франции. Чем вы порадуете нас в ближайшем будущем?
П.Р.: Благодарю вас за такой положительный отзыв о работе консульства! В свою очередь я постараюсь сделать все от себя зависящее, чтобы Алматы продолжал иметь хорошие и крепкие взаимоотношения в сфере культуры с Францией. Уже на этой неделе, в субботу, 14 сентября, в Государственном академическом театре оперы и балета имени Абая состоится концерт Национального оркестра города Лилля. В этом событии примут участие 90 музыкантов из Франции. Коллектив выступит перед алматинским слушателем под управлением его харизматичного основателя Жан-Клода Казадезюса. Оркестр даст концерт и в Астане. В программу включены произведения Чайковского, Бизе, Вебера, Стравинского. Я уверен, что это будет большой праздник музыки.
