 ориентацию на информационные потребности внешних и внутренних пользователей учётной информации;
 интеграцию методик ведения всех видов учёта на основе применения информационных технологий сбора, обработки и анализа информации о УП;
 активное участие руководства в управлении УП и мотивация персонала в повышении эффективности учётных систем;
