Длительный период слабого рубля несет в себе существенные риски для экономики. Прежде всего, высокий отток капитала из страны негативно отражается на инвестиционном спросе и инвестиционной активности компаний.
В плане инвестиционной деятельности для российской экономики минувший год стал одним из самых неблагоприятных за последние десять лет. На сегодняшний день приток капитала в Россию в виде портфельных и прямых инвестиций, депозитов и кредитов даже наполовину не покрывает потребность страны в инвестировании. К 2014 году в России сложилась ситуация острого «инвестиционного голода».
