Экскурсанты собираются около гостиницы Измайлово Бета, во время ожидания, экскурсовод зачитывает инструктаж техники безопасности во время автобусной экскурсии (см.пр.1). Далее экскурсанты производят посадку в автобус, затем отправление. Во время движения экскурсовод рассказывает про район Измайлово, его особенности, историю. По прибытию на место высадки экскурсантов, экскурсовод собирает всех в одном месте, и отвечает на все возникшие вопросы. Далее экскурсовод начинает вести обзорную экскурсию согласно плану мероприятия, показывая места проведения анимационной программы. Далее, когда все будут готовы, экскурсантам следует разделиться на команды, методом жеребьевки. После того как план мероприятия будет выполнен, экскурсанты отправляются на торжественный ужин, где их будет ждать награждения.
